Part of my Christmas present was a mini crate full of Cuties, those delightfully sweet, seedless, easy-to-peel Clementines. The crate was so cute in and of itself, I didn’t throw it away, hoping Gracie might want to add it to her collection of toys. Sure enough, we got a cutie in the Cuties crate!

Cutie-overload!!
There’s nothing like cardboard boxes and paper to make a cat’s day.
The best cat toys are free. Did you also spot her plastic packing strip?
What an appropriately named box! I see a marketing opportunity for Clementine growers.
It might be hard to see, but the sides have a cut-out that follow the top of the Cuties logo. Gracie is smaller than the average cat. But I bet Maru could fit in one easily.
I bet she just KNOWS you got that box just for her!
Maybe not. If she knew that, she’d be avoiding it like the plague!
Nothing as cute as a cat inhabiting a box.
They are the best kitty forts.
The box we had (that I posted a photo of a week or so ago) was finally destroyed to the point of having to be thrown away. Now they can get back to tearing each other apart …
The best boxes are at Costco.
This is why we wrap our kitty presents in newspaper and boxes. Seeing them trying to crack the puzzle is half the fun, lol.
What a great idea! Videotaping the results is the other half.
